Refund policy
We want you to love every purchase from Parrish Lane. We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 21 days of the purchase/ship date.
Items must be returned with all original tags attached to qualify for store credit or an exchange. If you’re mailing your return, please include your full name and order number with the package. We also recommend keeping your tracking information until your return has been processed.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Store credit will be issued via an online gift card for the value of the returned item, less any shipping costs incurred to deliver the order. Shipping cost will not be applied to the store credit.
